What Is PowerPair?
PowerPair from Duke Energy provides incentives for new solar customers who want to combine the savings of solar power with the reliability and security of backup battery storage. Participating Duke Energy customers in North Carolina can earn one-time installation incentives of up to $9,000 when they have a Duke Energy Trade Ally install a qualified solar and battery system. Sundance Power Systems is one of only four certified Trade Allies serving Western NC. Going with Sundance as your solar installer is one key factor in eligibility for these incentives!

Trade Ally Required for Installation
In order to receive these one-time incentives, your qualifying PowerPair system must be installed by a Duke Energy Trade Ally such as Sundance Power Systems. Your selection between the Net Metering Bridge Rider and the Residential Solar Choice Rider will be made at the interconnection stage. The rider selected will determine whether you can participate in the battery control option of the EnergyWise Home Program, the maximum amount of lifetime incentives and the availability of incentive capacity. Sundance will help you to complete the Interconnection Request and achieve eligibility for incentives of up to $9,000.
