We are thrilled to introduce you to Chad Hefner this month. Chad recently joined the team at Sundance as a Renewable Energy Consultant. He brings a strong background in solar, having owned and operated Strictly Solar in Hawaii for 12 years. Chad’s passion for sustainable energy shines through in his work, and he is eager to help clients navigate the process of transitioning to renewable sources. As we celebrate Chad’s arrival, we also want to take a moment to shine an employee spotlight on Ben Martin, whose contributions have been invaluable to our growth. Together, they are committed to driving our mission forward and enhancing our impact in the community. In addition to recognizing Chad and Ben, we are excited to also feature an employee spotlight on Alan Lanka, who has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies for our projects. Alan’s expertise in project management and his dedication to excellence have played a key role in our success. We look forward to the continued collaboration among our team as we strive to create a more sustainable future.

Chad was born in Monterey, California into a great family that raised him in Hawaii. There he attended Nanakuli High and then went on to attend the Inter Naval Training Center. Chad currently resides in Morganton, and his vision for the planet is one where no one continues to use fossil fuels and there is world peace and harmony.
